Novaqore Labs was founded in Jodhpur in 2016 with a simple observation: small and mid-size Indian businesses were being underserved by the agencies available to them. Either the agency was too small to handle multiple disciplines, too large to give a founder real attention, or too focused on deliverables to care about results.
We built Novaqore Labs to be different. One team. Four disciplines — website development, digital marketing, ecommerce management and our own SaaS products. Every client gets a team that understands the whole picture, not just the lane they happen to be in.
Over eight years we've worked with retail chains, exporters, restaurants, law firms, real estate developers, fashion brands and coaches. The businesses are different; the goal is always the same — digital presence that earns its cost back many times over.
We're still based in Jodhpur. We still work with founders directly. And we still believe the best client relationship is one where you stop worrying about your digital presence because you know someone else already is.

NovaPOS and NovaLearn exist because we build software the same way we build for clients — carefully, with users in mind, and maintained after launch. We don't recommend strategies we haven't applied. We don't use tools we wouldn't pay for ourselves.

2016
Founded in Jodhpur
Started as a one-person web design studio serving local retail and professional services businesses across Rajasthan. First five clients were referrals — a pattern that holds to this day.
2018
Expanded to marketing and ecommerce
Clients started asking for digital marketing and marketplace help alongside websites. We built the capability instead of referring it out — keeping the client relationship whole.
2020
First international clients and NovaPOS development begins
Ecommerce management work expanded to Amazon Global and Etsy, bringing in clients from the Gulf and UK. In-house SaaS development started with NovaPOS for Indian retail.
2022
100+ projects milestone
Crossed 100 delivered projects across all four disciplines. Formalised the team structure and started expanding to other cities.
2024
NovaLearn development begins
Started building NovaLearn — a school management system for private schools and coaching institutes — based on repeated requests from education-sector clients.
2025 — Now
120+ projects, 15+ cities, and still growing
Serving clients across India, the Gulf, the UK and the US. NovaPOS in production, NovaLearn in final development. The mission is unchanged: make enterprise-quality digital work accessible to growing businesses everywhere.
